I have been using them for years with nothing bad to say, everything is good quality and applies as it should. Recently I ordered 275 transfers and needed to talk to customer service and they were pleasant and very helpful even though it was 5 minutes to 5pm on Friday they were very helpful and I will be glad to do business with them in the future. The only thing I wish they would do going forward is to trim the transfers squarely for easy of application, all of mine were slightly off taking more time to line up.
