I ordered two different FMX transfers. There was an issue with the machine for my second order. My support specialist, Lindsey W., was phenomenal. She explained the problem & once the next FMX was finished offered to send next day air so I would receive in a timely manner. I received an email about the machine being fixed, but the order wouldn’t arrive in a timely manner for me. I called to speak with Lindsey, but she was unavailable. This support specialist suggested I change to DTF at no extra cost. I did. Loved the FMX transfers. The DTF wasn’t a smooth process. Reached out to customer support Lindsey answered. Again, she was so helpful & sent a video. The video didn’t help. After several messages ups, we lowered from yhe suggested temp & it worked. I don’t recommend DTF. Highly recommend FMX transfers.
