The quality and turnaround time is great. would have been 5 stars if there was not a setup charge for repeat orders when the artwork file is in their system and the order was for two seperate prints of 200 pieces. Also on a one color design if you want the same design (one black & one white) you will get charged for 2 setups. I understand setup charges when there is multiple colors. When I used to do screenprinting, I did not charge a setup fee for different color prints, just cleaned the screen to change colors and on large quantity orders I waived the setup fees.
