June 9th I requested some samples. Over a month later, on July 18th, they finally shipped. As of today, August 11th, I still haven't received them. During that same time, I received samples from Transfer Express, and placed 3 orders. The lengthy delay, or perhaps lost shipment, does not instill confidence. As I've been unable to verify the quality of FM Expressions and determine which of their products would best suit my needs, I'll continue ordering from Transfer Express.
