Received notification that my gift was delivered. My dad (recipient) did not get a call. He was home all day and no-one buzzed the apartment. FNP assured me that it was ‘left on doorstep’. Now I have no idea what has happened to the gift.
I asked for a refund but this was not even entertained by FNP, which for a large company, is very disappointing. I will not be using this service again.
