Absolutely terrible experience with Ferns N Petals.
• They delivered the wrong cake — completely different design and flavor from what I ordered.
• The message on the cake was also wrong and completely inappropriate, ruining a heartfelt occasion.
• After complaining, they admitted their mistake and promised a replacement, which never arrived.
• No proper communication, and no follow-through.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend FNP to anyone expecting reliability or professionalism. A total letdown.”

“I want to feedback about fnp delivery. Your driver came ahead of scheduled time and after when I am not home, he didn't call guard house and just left my gift on top of letterbox despite I repeatedly say don't do that through call. Basically they just want finish their job and don't care about instructions. Seriously I will not order from fnp again! Terrible delivery service”

Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday which is today and in the morning my daughter was informed that the flowers would be delivered tomorrow because we had put the wrong PIN code ( which was false information ).
I sent someone to a physical FNP outlet in Bandra to sort out the issue and their customer service rep Ravi called me and regretted their inability to send the flowers because their shop was shut! God knows what he meant by that.
He said he would send the flowers tomorrow!
How absurd is that, the birthday is today, why would I want to send the flowers the next day. I asked him to refund my payment immediately, which he did only because I threatened to send him a legal notice, something I am seriously contemplating.
Shame on you FNP I suggest you close your business immediately.
How disappointing not to have the flowers sent on my child’s birthday.”
“Not happy with the flower quality. When I order flowers from other florists, the flowers usually lasts for more than a week. I ordered a bouquet from Ferns & Petals and already started to wilt and fade when I receive it. The bouquet looked like I purchased it 3 days ago. I did complain to them but they said it passed their quality check. So basically their competitor are doing a better job and don't expect for a return customer. BTW their packaging is also very basic whereby other florists can do better job by putting in more effort. No reason for a repeat purchase.”
“Terrible product quality and no compensation offered.
I live in the UK and placed an order for my son and daughter in laws 1st wedding anniversary. The order was delivered on time but unknown to me, the flowers were already open and almost over when they arrived. Consequently, they only lasted 4 days - and for the price paid, this is way below expectations.
I raised a complaint only to be told that this has to be placed within 24hrs of delivery.
This is totally unreasonable:
1. My son is not going to tell me when the flowers arrive that they were poor quality when they were a gift.
2. I only found out that they had been thrown away a week later when I arrived in Singapore myself.
The company flatly refuses it is at fault nor will it offer any form compensation. I will not be using them again and warn others to stay away too.”

“Very poor service. Inspite of ordering the items 3 days in advance (a bonsai and a truffle cake), I was informed that the order had been cancelled at the very last minute.
No attempt was made to get a substitute for the gift item. For an established gift delivery provider, this is a feeble excuse.”
“The delivery is terrible and customer service is worse. I placed an order for mother's day on sunday and after attempting to call my 80 year old mother at 7 am, they did not deliver the flowers. With that, the nightmare began. I called their customer service on Sunday and they assured that the delivery will be attempted again on sunday itself. Then I called on monday and again on tuesday, everytime they assured delivery will happen. I have emailed as well. Still nothing has happened. Do not use them. Ever.”
“Very slow delivery. Even you choose the early delivery timing, they won't be able to send it on time, no point of putting the time slots. Customer service also not really helps. Overall not recommended. My first and last buying from here. Read Review before buying. Hope this message helps.”
“Sent a mothers day bouquet to my mom in India.....all the stems came broken. It is such a disappointment for me and for her. Did not expect this from Ferns and petals and specially since we have used them a number of times. Very very very sad situation.
Also I don't understand how the delivery person rates them selves with a 5 star and not let the recipient do the rating!!!! This is ridiculous.
Will have to find other flower delivery options as this is very disappointing!”
“The cake was delivered damaged for Mother’s Day. My mum was very upset. And there was also no message card delivered.
There was also a coupon code emailed to me to get 15% discount but the code was invalid which was confirmed by the customer support team. This was flaked advertising. It’s a shame as I’m a repeat customer for a few years and the experience has been good. I definitely won’t order again.”
