“Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Zero Resolution
I’m very disappointed with Ferns N Petals' service and complete lack of customer support. I placed a Rakhi order (#64025916 / Sub-order #6402591601) from Canada, which was supposed to include two sets of Lego Link Kids Toy Rakhis and two Kit Kat chocolates. However, only one of each was delivered, despite the delivery receipt clearly listing two of each item.
This incomplete delivery defeats the entire purpose of the gift, especially for Raksha Bandhan, where timing and sentiment matter most. I tried contacting their support multiple times—via email, live chat, and phone calls. All I got were automated responses saying the order was marked as delivered, and over the phone, I was promised a callback that never happened.
It's unacceptable that a company handling emotional and time-sensitive gifts like Rakhis can be so careless and unresponsive. No one has acknowledged or resolved my complaint, even after providing photos and proof of the issue.
I expected better, but sadly, Ferns N Petals failed to deliver—literally and figuratively. I won’t be using their service again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially if you're sending gifts from abroad.”
“Not happy with the flower quality. When I order flowers from other florists, the flowers usually lasts for more than a week. I ordered a bouquet from Ferns & Petals and already started to wilt and fade when I receive it. The bouquet looked like I purchased it 3 days ago. I did complain to them but they said it passed their quality check. So basically their competitor are doing a better job and don't expect for a return customer. BTW their packaging is also very basic whereby other florists can do better job by putting in more effort. No reason for a repeat purchase.”

“Very poor service. Inspite of ordering the items 3 days in advance (a bonsai and a truffle cake), I was informed that the order had been cancelled at the very last minute.
No attempt was made to get a substitute for the gift item. For an established gift delivery provider, this is a feeble excuse.”
“The delivery is terrible and customer service is worse. I placed an order for mother's day on sunday and after attempting to call my 80 year old mother at 7 am, they did not deliver the flowers. With that, the nightmare began. I called their customer service on Sunday and they assured that the delivery will be attempted again on sunday itself. Then I called on monday and again on tuesday, everytime they assured delivery will happen. I have emailed as well. Still nothing has happened. Do not use them. Ever.”
“Very slow delivery. Even you choose the early delivery timing, they won't be able to send it on time, no point of putting the time slots. Customer service also not really helps. Overall not recommended. My first and last buying from here. Read Review before buying. Hope this message helps.”
“Sent a mothers day bouquet to my mom in India.....all the stems came broken. It is such a disappointment for me and for her. Did not expect this from Ferns and petals and specially since we have used them a number of times. Very very very sad situation.
Also I don't understand how the delivery person rates them selves with a 5 star and not let the recipient do the rating!!!! This is ridiculous.
Will have to find other flower delivery options as this is very disappointing!”
“The cake was delivered damaged for Mother’s Day. My mum was very upset. And there was also no message card delivered.
There was also a coupon code emailed to me to get 15% discount but the code was invalid which was confirmed by the customer support team. This was flaked advertising. It’s a shame as I’m a repeat customer for a few years and the experience has been good. I definitely won’t order again.”
“They delivered an arrangement totally different from the one I chose and insisted it was similar. On day of delivery flowers started to droop and wilt but they disclaimed responsibility. My flowers were for Mother’s Day. She was unhappy with the look of it and fnp only said sorry. Very poor after sales. Not buying from them any more!”

Despite repeated follow-ups, your team failed to respond on time, and the order was delayed, causing me to cancel the planned cake-cutting ceremony. This ruined an important occasion and left everyone disappointed.
I strongly advise others not to use your services, as my experience was utterly frustrating and unreliable.”

Sign completely different which I paid extra for… no capital letter on Happy. Paid for it from the uk for my best friends 40th birthday. Very embarrassed, arrived a little squashed on top and looking and tasting very poor. Paid over £75 to this company. Refusing to refund and offered a discount of SGD 10 on my next purchase. I’ve explained I didn’t get what I thought I was purchasing, point blank refusing a refund. I definitely won’t be using this company again and would strongly recommend not to for a cake.”
“I had a deeply disappointing experience with this flower delivery service — not for the first time, unfortunately. I ordered flowers for my mum’s birthday, paying extra to have them delivered during a specific time window. Being overseas, I provided my dad’s local contact number for delivery coordination.
What followed was a complete failure of service. The delivery team made no actual attempt to deliver — just a missed call or two while my dad was in a meeting. There was no persistence, no proper communication, and absolutely no attempt to redeliver. Calling the number back led to no answer. I raised a complaint promptly and provided both my parents’ landline and my own number, but customer service kept repeating the same robotic line: “We haven’t received a response from you,” which is completely false. I responded multiple times, yet they continued to ignore every message and ultimately never delivered the flowers nor issued a refund.
This is not my first bad experience with them. In the past, half my order was never delivered until I raised a complaint — and even then, it took days to correct.
I will never be using this service again and would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Unreliable, dismissive, and grossly unprofessional. If you’re looking to make a loved one feel special, this company will only leave you frustrated and disappointed.”
“Horrible experience twice now. First time I wasn’t sure what the issue was. I had sent a diary/ pen set for dad on Father’s Day and the dairy was old , not new. Second time round I had ordered a birthday gift for a near one and they never delivered it on assigned day mentioning we can’t take guarantee for our delivery partners as to when will it be delivered. They have just tied up with local business but have no idea how it is working on grass-root level nor any way to resolve customer complaints appropriately. Prefer to order on Swiggy/ Zomato or reach out to a local business directly. Not worth the hassles.”
“I and my fiancé had a very bad experience from Ferns and Petals. What we have ordered they did not delivered same and not even on same day. We did lots of follow ups for our prepaid service. Service and products both were very disappointed. Don’t choose Ferns and Petals for any services. It was a good app, years back but now from last few years they are just fooling people.”
