“I had a very bad experience with Ferns N Petals (FNP).
I ordered flowers as a special surprise for my friend, but they delivered old and low-quality flowers. This completely ruined the entire moment and the purpose of the order.
Instead of taking proper responsibility, they offered me FNP Cash instead of refunding my money to the original payment method. I clearly told them I do not want to use their service anymore, but they are still pushing store credit, which is unacceptable.
This was not just about flowers — it was about emotions and timing, which they completely failed to understand.
Very unprofessional handling of the issue. I would not recommend FNP to anyone based on this experience.

I placed order in 2nd week of march to be delivered on 31 March 2026.
Jokers delivered on 13 March, 18 days before delivery date shown on order.
Any complaint/ contact with customer services fell on deaf years.
Without understanding problem, high headed jokers kept saying 'we understand and when you place next order, we shall give 10% discount'.
Are they totally brainless?
Do not go there. I find Gul Mahal & Flower Aura etc far far better.

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience and the way this issue has been handled.
The item delivered does not match what was advertised at all. I have already clearly explained this to the florist, yet instead of addressing the discrepancy properly, they continued to push back and offered only a return voucher of $15, which is not acceptable given the extent of the difference.
Their response stating that “all images on this website are illustrative in nature and intended to enhance your browsing experience” is not a reasonable justification. Customers rely on these images to make purchasing decisions, and the delivered product should closely reflect what is shown. Additionally, the flower arrangement itself was messy and poorly presented.
At this stage, I am requesting a full refund. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily,
I hope the business takes responsibility and resolves this promptly.”
“The worst ever experience with fnp.i ordered 3 products for my husbands birthday.Firstly,I have ordered table clock, and after ordering it for the same day delivery they are saying that its not available for today then i waited for tommorow for its availability because they gave me surity for tommorow,then tommorow also they said its not available then i have to compromised with least likeable another product..because they have nothing available in their shop.Secondly,i ordered magic mug which was not yet delivered and after calling and chatting for several times the reason i got to know is due to unavailable courier facility at your address.At the end moment they are saying that they dont deliver this product also.Then why they have even accepted my order for my pin code if its not serviceable there?
And now i am asking for full refund so they are giving partial refund only.what a third class service..i will never ever order and recommend anyone to order from fnp.they dont know the value of your emotions attached with products.

“My order was only pattially delivered on Valentines day and despite the delivery man assuring me that it would be sent immediately, it was not. No one from F&P bothered to call me or follow up despite repeated calls. Every time I called i was asked tongive them more time.
I did not receive my order and was offered a partial refund. So my partner was left dissapointed. The customer service was some of the worst that I have ever experienced and i was left with the impression that they didnt want to be bothered. I will never order from them agai nor would i recommend them to anyone.”

I’m very disappointed with Ferns N Petals' service and complete lack of customer support. I placed a Rakhi order (#64025916 / Sub-order #6402591601) from Canada, which was supposed to include two sets of Lego Link Kids Toy Rakhis and two Kit Kat chocolates. However, only one of each was delivered, despite the delivery receipt clearly listing two of each item.
This incomplete delivery defeats the entire purpose of the gift, especially for Raksha Bandhan, where timing and sentiment matter most. I tried contacting their support multiple times—via email, live chat, and phone calls. All I got were automated responses saying the order was marked as delivered, and over the phone, I was promised a callback that never happened.
It's unacceptable that a company handling emotional and time-sensitive gifts like Rakhis can be so careless and unresponsive. No one has acknowledged or resolved my complaint, even after providing photos and proof of the issue.
I expected better, but sadly, Ferns N Petals failed to deliver—literally and figuratively. I won’t be using their service again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially if you're sending gifts from abroad.”
“Not happy with the flower quality. When I order flowers from other florists, the flowers usually lasts for more than a week. I ordered a bouquet from Ferns & Petals and already started to wilt and fade when I receive it. The bouquet looked like I purchased it 3 days ago. I did complain to them but they said it passed their quality check. So basically their competitor are doing a better job and don't expect for a return customer. BTW their packaging is also very basic whereby other florists can do better job by putting in more effort. No reason for a repeat purchase.”
“Very poor service. Inspite of ordering the items 3 days in advance (a bonsai and a truffle cake), I was informed that the order had been cancelled at the very last minute.
No attempt was made to get a substitute for the gift item. For an established gift delivery provider, this is a feeble excuse.”

Also I don't understand how the delivery person rates them selves with a 5 star and not let the recipient do the rating!!!! This is ridiculous.

Sign completely different which I paid extra for… no capital letter on Happy. Paid for it from the uk for my best friends 40th birthday. Very embarrassed, arrived a little squashed on top and looking and tasting very poor. Paid over £75 to this company. Refusing to refund and offered a discount of SGD 10 on my next purchase. “I had a deeply disappointing experience with this flower delivery service — not for the first time, unfortunately. I ordered flowers for my mum’s birthday, paying extra to have them delivered during a specific time window. Being overseas, I provided my dad’s local contact number for delivery coordination.
What followed was a complete failure of service. The delivery team made no actual attempt to deliver — just a missed call or two while my dad was in a meeting. There was no persistence, no proper communication, and absolutely no attempt to redeliver. Calling the number back led to no answer. I raised a complaint promptly and provided both my parents’ landline and my own number, but customer service kept repeating the same robotic line: “We haven’t received a response from you,” which is completely false. I responded multiple times, yet they continued to ignore every message and ultimately never delivered the flowers nor issued a refund.
This is not my first bad experience with them. In the past, half my order was never delivered until I raised a complaint — and even then, it took days to correct.
I will never be using this service again and would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Unreliable, dismissive, and grossly unprofessional. If you’re looking to make a loved one feel special, this company will only leave you frustrated and disappointed.”
“Horrible experience twice now. First time I wasn’t sure what the issue was. I had sent a diary/ pen set for dad on Father’s Day and the dairy was old , not new. Second time round I had ordered a birthday gift for a near one and they never delivered it on assigned day mentioning we can’t take guarantee for our delivery partners as to when will it be delivered. They have just tied up with local business but have no idea how it is working on grass-root level nor any way to resolve customer complaints appropriately. Prefer to order on Swiggy/ Zomato or reach out to a local business directly. Not worth the hassles.”
“I and my fiancé had a very bad experience from Ferns and Petals. What we have ordered they did not delivered same and not even on same day. We did lots of follow ups for our prepaid service. Service and products both were very disappointed. Don’t choose Ferns and Petals for any services. It was a good app, years back but now from last few years they are just fooling people.”
