I can't believe that I paid an extra for San Valentine's Day, and nobody but nobody delivered the gift to my wife and/or answered the whatsapp on such a special day. She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am and she waited after her work, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! A huge waste of time. And I paid this a lot of time ago to anticipate any issues! I'm super disappointed of this company. I'll never purchase any flower or gift in www.FNP.com”
“The company assured that the delivery will be done on Saturday they failed.
Then called customer service and 5 different representative assured that it'll be delivered on Sunday.
The 6th representative mentioned it's 3rd party courier service hence they don't work on Sunday so it'll again be delayed to Monday.
My surprise to the person got ruined, that is ferns and petals for you.”

This is my first time getting flowers that look nothing from the original photo. Don’t know what is the florist doing. Did the florist even graduate from a proper florist course lol.
Not only the flower I receive, they serve you good before purchasing, but not anymore after transferring your money.
We have came into an agreement that when the flower stand is done, they will send me a photo of it. Ended up I receive the notification from delivery man only know that my flower stand are done.
Very bad service. Photo below is the comparison for their “original photo” in website and photo of what I get. Totally nothing similar.

“Poor service experience – I ordered two identical gifts for my colleague in Ohio. Unfortunately, only one arrived last week, and since then, I've been reaching out to the teams in India and the UAE for updates. Despite daily follow-ups, they consistently provide false information, assuring that the second gift will be delivered today. With Christmas approaching, it seems unlikely that the gifts will arrive on time. Additionally, one chocolate was stolen from the first box, and the packing was subpar. I spent $300 on these gifts, only to receive what can be described as trash!”
“1. On 18 Dec 2023 8am, FNP delivered about to wither flower; (order no: 693192)
2. Called FNP who has promised to check after us sending proof of flowers which are about to wither; pictures sent immediately;
3. FNP messaged us on 9.42am that another delivery has taken place to rectify it;
4. No delivery for the day. And till now, still no delivery? FNP is cheating their customers.”

“I gave Ferns & Pedals every opportunity to deliver these flowers and they failed miserably! The address in Singapore is very clear & concise AND there is staff at the location where the flowers are to be delivered, 24/7 (in other words, every minute of every day of the week). All the F n P delivery has to do is show up with the flowers and drop them off! i gave them written instructions 3 different times on 2 different days and they could not follow them. What really bothers me is I put in 2 similar orders in October and September to the EXACT SAME PERSON & LOCATION and the flowers were delivered fine and on time! I was really counting on these flowers and they let me down. I lost almost $100 on their incomptence & failure.”
“Placed an order for deepavali hamper. Funny no Singapore paynow option. When did a credit card payment and already key in the OTP. they claim order payment is not received. Before we can do a screenshot all is deleted from the screen. Be very cautious with this company. “I wanted to make my daughter feel special for her birthday since we live so many miles apart . Usually I send flowers, as she already had flowers, I decided to give her a plant, which she could water and enjoy for years to come ! Ordering was problematic initially . Finally I managed to order an orchid, which was ghastly expensive , in the UK at any supermarket these are under £20 ! The plant arrived in a very cheap glass container and the roots system was sticking out the very small pot as it was clearly not correctly sized. I sent a message immediately, to state this and finally customer support and back via email to say it was the correct size . Within a few hours the flowers were falling off and in less than a week, despite my daughter’s best efforts the plant was dying . I contacted them on several occasions and also got my daughter to call as it was laying me a lot of money. They are very slow to respond and then accuse you of not contacting them in time . Despite the fact that I contacted them the same day the plant was delivered ! The next excuse was I only mentioned the size of the pot and the roots. I have ordered many bunches of flowers over years as I always like my daughter to feel happy on her special days, it was my first time ordering from them. This company managed to ruin my daughter’s birthday, with their disgusting attitude and very poor customer service. They do not accept responsibility for any issues, only claim their products are quality and of high standards, which they clearly are not , based on all these reviews and my personal experience. Companies like this should be reported !!
