I ordered 3 items, they delivered it in bits and pieces. Secondly cake box was opened and replaced and delivered. When asked, they were not ready for return or refund. In 2023, only half of the order was delivered. Useless and worst delivery and quality of the items were poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR ANYMORE

Terrible Service and Unreliable Delivery I had a very disappointing experience with Ferns N Petals. I ordered two gifts to be delivered together for an important occasion on the 9th, but neither has arrived on time. They claimed that the delivery attempt failed, which was completely untrue. Even after calling them back to rectify the issue, they made excuses, saying they were busy with other deliveries. To make matters worse, they informed me that one of the gifts was booked with a different delivery partner and would arrive on a different day. They asked me to track the gift myself through the courier service, which defeats the purpose of choosing their platform for convenience. It is frustrating that even after multiple follow-ups, my gifts are still undelivered, and they continue to shift the blame instead of resolving the issue. If you're planning to rely on them for timely or reliable delivery, I would advise against it. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has made this experience incredibly stressful. Pathetic service.

FNP done it again, did not notice till we upload the picture taken, wrong name spelling wrong name in card and i'm trying to find evidence online but there is no saved detail on the order for dedicated names, like last year they come back for the wrong count of flowers and the name plate for the cake. It's to late to call them again to rectify. Before i receive the delivery i keep repeating the assurance if they don't have error before the delivery. But due to their almost last minute delivery on the 5 hours posted time allowance errors cant be undone. Sorry cannot rectify things and it will turns out it is our fault not noticing the misspelled name of the celebrant in the cake with the script font.

Worst FNP delivery service and customer care. My Fathers Day cake was delivered to some security card in the lobby. Cake was never received. The customer care could not reach to the registered number whereas I was talking to the receiver on the same number. How to beat this excuse? I ordered flowers and cake both. The flowers were received 2 mins before the cake delivery message was received. The person who delivered the cake was highly irresponsible and handed the cake to wrong person and went off. Highly unreliable service. I will never use this service ever again. The customer care is worst. They keep on messaging the automated apology messages instead of providing the solution.

We have ordered cake and bouquet for our son's anniversary. There was no any wishing messages on the top of the cake. Spoilled our surprise. Delivery not on allotted slot time. Very disappointed to choose ferns and petals.

Most disappointing. Ordered a birthday cake for someone to be delivered by 4pm within the same day. By 3.35pm, the status did not change. When I called to enquire, they said the cake was not available and asked if they could deliver an alternative cake by 6pm. Had I not called, nothing would have happened. I requested for cancellation and refund. The point is I could not have the cake delivered.

Pathetic Customer Service ! Pathetic quality of products. Please really ensure the quality of goods that you order, because these people will bloody not refund you back even if the product is marked refundable and will complete ignore you if you raise issues/complaints. FNP sucks big time. Beware before ordering from FNP. The will cheat the customers by not doing reverse pick up for the order and not refunding back their money

Ordered Rakhi + Haldirams Kaju Katli combo on 3rd Aug, 2024 for delivery to Brisbane on 13th Aug, 2024. Package was finally delivered on 20th Aug, 2024 after several hours of follow up on phone calls and chat box communication with the customer support at FNP. The worst part is FNP's assigned partner delivered a local brand "Aman" Kaju Katli Sweets which did not have an expiry date on the package and the sweets were turning stale and not fit for consumption. The customer support team had the audacity to state that they can offer an alternate brand based on availability . It is like we order apples and they deliver bananas because both are "fruits". Hence, FNP is unwilling to provide a full refund and instead offering a coupon code for a 20% discount on the next order if placed with them in the next 3 months. Worst customer support team at FNP and zero internal alignment in the FNP organization. I strongly recommend that as Customers, we should avoid ordering on FNP to avoid these sour experiences.

I experienced worst experience. On 19 aug I ordered rakhi twice by mistake to send it to UK. Immediately after ordering I request to cancel one of the two they gave time for 2 hours but their two hours never happened.I tried contacting them for the same but sometimes they said it cannot be cancelled & sometimes gave me 2 hours time as usual. With that too they do not care to respond on time. Always responding on chat we are handling other people please wait & then after 15 min wait respond with same that they have chat flows to take care. Waste of money, waste of time totally pathetic app. They just make their customers fool. They can easily cancel my order but they waited till the order do not dispatched so that they have words to say that it cannot be cancel now.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received concerning my recent order placed on Aug 4 for a cake and a bouquet at your Jabalpur location, intended for my friend on Friendship Day. The cake was delivered around 1 PM, while the bouquet was delivered at 4:40 PM. Unfortunately, by the time the bouquet was delivered, my friend had already left for Mumbai for the next three months, rendering the delivery unsuccessful. It was my expectation that both the cake and bouquet would be delivered simultaneously, as they were meant to be presented together as a gift. The significant delay in delivering the bouquet not only defeated the purpose of the gift but also caused great inconvenience. In light of the delay and partial delivery, I promptly canceled my second bouquet order once my friend received only the cake. However, I have been disappointed with the customer service response, as they have refused to acknowledge the mistake and are unwilling to refund the amount for the undelivered bouquet. I had placed an order of two rakhis alongwith a cake. Just cake was delivered and no rakhi at all. I already complained twice on the FnP website and the issue wasn't resolved. Extremely disappointed.

I wish I never knew this website. I used this website knowing this is very good an quick but all wrong. Hard to order or deliver. They send many mails for address or saying your address wrong but they actually never attempted. And it is hard to tell them that the order you saying delivered is not delivered because in tracking it is showing delivered. If you even chat they just cut you off without even answering just saying ok.

Wish I could rate them in the negative . They have pathetic service. Ordered a bouquet and paid extra for it to be delivered by 3pm the next day. The bouquet was not delivered and was on hold going back and forth with the customer care agent for almost half an hour with no solution in sight !! Reason for no update - their store was not responding and picking up the call. Is this the kind of service you expect from a company who blows their own trumpet claiming to deliver on time and all over India !!

I had placed two orders within less than an hour. I had selected the same time slot for delivery. The first order was for a bouquet and the other was for a birthday cake. It was to go to the same address and the same person. The name on the cake was smudged but it got delivered, the flowers were not delivered for this reason ..." We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the non-delivery of your order. After checking with our delivery team, we found that the delivery attempt was made but was unsuccessful due to the RECIPIENT was not contactable. And we have tried thrice to deliver your order". The cake was from one vendor who could find the address and the flowers were from another vendor who could not find the address so I had to pay for their incompetence. I tried emailing them, trying to chat, called them but was not able to get through. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. I would NOT recommend using their service.

FnP is fraud I ordered rakhis n gifts for brother, niece n sweets for family. I selected 12 th Aug as delivery date. They delivered only Rakhi n not any gifts of niece n brother. Order is showing as delivered. No proper response from customer care chat. It’s fraud showing fancy items on site n delivering tiny Rakhi only. Why do you even show delivery date if you don’t follow it? Why do you show fancy gifts when they are not truth. Never use this fraud site or app. Date of experience: 10 August 2024

My experience with Ferns and Petals has been pathetic. Once since one of my orders couldn’t be delivered on time I got redeem voucher which I have been trying to redeem since yesterday and am unable to do it. Absolutely no help or support from the customer care. Absolute waste of time. They have no regard for the customers time. Not professionally managed atall. My suggestion do not fall for their claims. All false claims.

I ordered Rakhi from them , mistakenly i ordered twice, within 10 mins i realised that its a mistake and i already paid. after raising concern with the concerned website helpline they are refusing to refund the amount as per them they have already processed. . i believe they are doing delivery from moon - that within 10 mins of ordering the order was placed. its simple - they don't want refund the amount which is only 1269. They believe in looting the money. Kindly don't buy from them
