First they did not have the flowers I ordered and put the order on hold without informing me. Then they substituted without showing me the most rotten flowers

I have order a rakhi for my brother living in Canada from FNP. First, I got an email that they cannot deliver to the mentioned address and then after couple of days I got an email that it has delivered but actually Its not been delivered. Talk to their customers service representative but not useful. Total waste of money.

Today I ordered a date walnut cake to be delivered with extra charge paid for specific time 3 pm to 6 pm for Bangalore.At 3.45 I am getting a call your order will be delivered at 8 pm.The girl was Priya who attended me.I told her you connect me to your senior.She cancelled my order and placed a refund request without my knowledge and approval. So would suggest anyone placing order beware when your order will get cancelled you will not know.

I cannot even give one star to this pathetic service with zero respect for customer service and support, let alone timely deliveries. They cannot inform if an item in the order is unavailable or if the order is on hold. They neither provide support for alternate orders nor give any update regarding an existing order. Very unacceptable and tragically disappointing company.

Order & delivery went well. Flowers, Tulips, did not bloom but withered after 3days. Complain, too late. Florist complains only within 48hrs!! As far as FnP was concerned, they did their part of timely delivery!!! I spend few hours chatting on line & realise it's all computer generated repeated automated response. Waste of my money & time

I ordered a cake and bouquet...for special occassion. Previously fnp didn't made it clear that both items will be delivered separately not in one go.After contacting call centre they informed about this.My occassion was very special but the delivery process was disgusting first cake was delivered and after an hour..Spoiled the occasion totally Hence next time no preference for fnp..

Product did not match description. There was no email confirmation of the order or tracking no and delivery was one hour later than given time. Customer service does not answer the phone or WhatsApp. Terrible terrible services, will be using someone else from now on.

Inferior service, I placed an order which was to be delivered bet time slot of 2:00 pm to 7:00pm and the order was delivered @ 10:26 pm, after continuous follow for 2 hours the parcel was delivered Staff only gives u false commitment of delivering on time. Fake promise of delivery on time.

Really bad company. I ordered something to be delivered to my grieving colleague for delivery yesterday. They didn't deliver and said it would be delivered today, a guy on their chat also assured me of this. Today again they haven't delivered. I am based in the UK and I've got to say this company is by far I've ever brought from. They lie and the customer service is very bad

They didn't deliver the flowers...n on top of it told the ticket is resolved. It was my mom's birthday the entire delivery was a mess. It was a aod order n hence as a custom I have no option then to surrender to what is told. Never again fnp...pls be careful once it is paid ..you r at their mercy..it happened with me twice ..lesson learnt not to use them for any special occasion...they speciallise in messing n then closing the issue ..without resolution.

Very bad bad bad bad service they have delivered me a damaged photo frame . When contacted customer service they say some one will contact but no response at all. Remember what service you’re providing it’s a bundle of joy when u gift it to some one and it’s broken think of the situation 😡

Ordered gift for my father for Father's Day 2024, which passed by on 16th of June 2024. Yet to receive. Probably they thought I was pre booking for Father's Day 2025. To be delivered to Chennai. Destination in courier bill shows Safdarjung Horrible service. Machine replies.

Horrible service delivery. Delivered wrong flowers. Delivered the order 30 hours late. Even the delivery guys are argumentative and uncivilised. Never has fnp delivered on time. It surley needs to learn punctuality from the other e commerce players like blinkit. Surely your company’s future in way to bleak with the kind of services you offer.

Pathetic delivery services! I paid extra to get the cake delivered by 9 PM. Even after calling the delivery executive 25 times he either abandoned the call or didn’t even pick up. His name is Neeraj and mobile no is 816-8596701. Never expected this from ferns and petals. I want my refund now. What will I do to this cake in midnight when I ordered it for father’s day. Not gonna use their services in future and won’t let anyone known order from them. And the worst part is that customer service executive does not even speak over a phone call. What a waste of money. Not recommended at all!

Ordered from Ferns & Petals in a $25.14 (June 3, 2024) worth of sympathy flowers and small Teddy bear plush toy for a colleague in Gurgaon. Order# 52711316. This is a work establishment. So instead of dropping off the flowers in the lobby desk, they did not deliver the flowers because the person was not there in the office when they arrived. they now have pocketed the money and giving an excuse that the flowers were perishable . they did not drop them off / deliver them , they did not try another time and now they refuse to make the delivery or refund me. by the way there is no sight of the Plush toy either, which is not perishable. Sorry to sat that I have no proof that they even tried to deliver the flowers and why they did not drop them off in the first place. To this day they have not tried to deliver again or return my money. they are not worried about their business brand, and have defeated the purpose of conveying the sentiment of sympathy to my friend in a timely manner. I do not recommend Ferns & Petals for their inaction, and very poor customer service. I want FNP Gurgaon to either make the delivery of my order or return my money promptly.
