I ordered a cake and bouquet...for special occassion. Previously fnp didn't made it clear that both items will be delivered separately not in one go.After contacting call centre they informed about this.My occassion was very special but the delivery process was disgusting first cake was delivered and after an hour..Spoiled the occasion totally
Hence next time no preference for fnp..
