I am extremely frustrated with FNP's service. My delivery never arrived, and instead of receiving the expected package, I was contacted by the delivery driver, but they called my phone number instead of the receipt number. To make matters worse, the delivery timeline was not met, and now, despite it clearly not being my fault, they are refusing to issue a refund. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will never be using FNP again. It's disappointing to deal with such poor communication and unhelpful responses
