The flowers were supposed to be delivered by 4pm, but by 6pm, I still had not received them. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that they couldn't check the delivery status because it was handled by a third-party company. They said they would follow up with the delivery company and return my call. After waiting for 30 minutes with no response, I called back and asked for the driver's contact information, but I was told they couldn’t share it due to privacy concerns.
At 8pm, I called again, and they finally gave me the driver's contact number. When I reached the driver, he explained that he wasn’t feeling well and didn’t pick up my order, which had been reassigned to another driver. I called customer service again, but they couldn’t tell me who the new driver was. During the call, the customer service representative (an Indian man) rudely hung up on me while I was still speaking.
At 8:53pm, my boyfriend sent me a screenshot saying the item was marked as delivered, but when I checked with the concierge, they confirmed no delivery had been made. They couldn’t even tell me if I would receive the delivery that day or when I could expect it.
