“I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration
with the abysmal service I have received from your company. I placed
an order for a birthday gift to be delivered to Srinagar, with the
promised delivery date between 9 am to 9 pm on 15th Feb. It's
currently 16th Feb, and the order has not been delivered.
I have been diligently following up since morning, and the responses
from your executives, especially Mr. Sanjeev Kumar (Supervisor) and
Mr. Deepak Kumar (Manager) in the Gurgaon division, have been nothing
short of unacceptable. Instead of providing a solution or actively
addressing the issue, I have been met with cold and indifferent
apologies.
Furthermore, the excuse that you are unable to provide the contact
details of the courier person is utterly ridiculous. My friend's
birthday was on the 15th of Feb, and the estimated delivery date, as
per your app (screenshot attached), was also 15th Feb. I placed a
prepaid order with the expectation that it would be delivered on time.
I demand an immediate and satisfactory resolution to this matter. The
service provided by Ferns and Petals has been nothing short of
pathetic, and the lack of accountability and urgency from your team is
appalling. I insist that the courier be delivered today, and I expect
to be compensated for the undue stress and inconvenience caused.
If this matter is not addressed promptly and effectively, I will have
no choice but to escalate this issue through social media and consumer
rights platforms to bring attention to the unacceptable service
standards of Ferns and Petals.”
“Ferns and Petals needs to get it together. If I had a chance to rate this company 0 stars I would. I placed an order for my anniversary and flowers were supposed to be delivered between 0800-1300 yet the flowers are still not here and it’s past 1500. I called FNP to see why my order has not arrived and the answer was I guess there was no driver your delivery time is now 1400-2000. I asked why I did not receive a call or an email so I could plan accordingly and of course she didn’t know. This place is horrible and their customer service is the worst I have experienced. If you consider using this company RUN and use another floral service.”

She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am and she waited after her work, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! A huge waste of time. “The company assured that the delivery will be done on Saturday they failed.
Then called customer service and 5 different representative assured that it'll be delivered on Sunday.
The 6th representative mentioned it's 3rd party courier service hence they don't work on Sunday so it'll again be delayed to Monday.

This is my first time getting flowers that look nothing from the original photo. Don’t know what is the florist doing. Did the florist even graduate from a proper florist course lol.
Not only the flower I receive, they serve you good before purchasing, but not anymore after transferring your money.
We have came into an agreement that when the flower stand is done, they will send me a photo of it. Ended up I receive the notification from delivery man only know that my flower stand are done.
Very bad service. Photo below is the comparison for their “original photo” in website and photo of what I get. Totally nothing similar.

“Poor service experience – I ordered two identical gifts for my colleague in Ohio. Unfortunately, only one arrived last week, and since then, I've been reaching out to the teams in India and the UAE for updates. Despite daily follow-ups, they consistently provide false information, assuring that the second gift will be delivered today. With Christmas approaching, it seems unlikely that the gifts will arrive on time. Additionally, one chocolate was stolen from the first box, and the packing was subpar. I spent $300 on these gifts, only to receive what can be described as trash!”

2. Called FNP who has promised to check after us sending proof of flowers which are about to wither; pictures sent immediately;
3. FNP messaged us on 9.42am that another delivery has taken place to rectify it;
