The worst experience I have ever had. I did not get a call during delivery but only got an email for attempted delivery and followed up over email with their support straight away asking them to place the flowers outside the door. I did not get a call or any reply to the email and the flowers were not delivered. Since then I have emailed them 6 times and called them 8 times. No replies at all on email. Over call I get to know that they tried to deliver and will not refund any money. Despite not delivering, calling me, or following email instructions. I have now been on a call with them 8 times with the same reply they will call back the same day when they have looked at the case. They never call back. Still refusing to refund the money I am in shock over the bad service and hostage of the funds for these flowers. Never use them!!!
