Avoid at all costs. Ordered a gift box which supposed to have 'going xi fa cai' writing, but delivered something that is nothing like it. Asked why delivered wrong and the only reply I get is 'actual product may vary in shape and design'. I understand things can vary, but this is something totally different. Asked for refund, no response.
