1. On 18 Dec 2023 8am, FNP delivered about to wither flower; (order no: 693192)
2. Called FNP who has promised to check after us sending proof of flowers which are about to wither; pictures sent immediately;
3. FNP messaged us on 9.42am that another delivery has taken place to rectify it;
4. No delivery for the day. And till now, still no delivery? FNP is cheating their customers.
