Worst delivery system ever (Dubai).
I can't believe that I paid an extra for San Valentine's Day, and nobody but nobody delivered the gift to my wife and/or answered the whatsapp on such a special day. She received a message that she was going to receive the gift on her phone at 11 am and she waited after her work, and that was it. Nothing happened. Goodbye, surprise! A huge waste of time. And I paid this a lot of time ago to anticipate any issues! I'm super disappointed of this company. I'll never purchase any flower or gift in www.FNP.com
