Please DONT order anything through Ferns and Petals. Pathetic customer service . FNP are playing it so safe by giving a delivery window from 6 am - 10 pm . The customer needs to wait for almost 16 hours because the delivery can happen anytime . Its beyond 8pm on mothers day and i still havent recieved the flowers i ordered . Is this the way to treat customers??
