The entire process was messy, poorly coordinated and unprofessional. The customer support team stated that we will resolve your issue in 24 to 48 hours. So anyone looking to get decoration done by them please beware, because by the time they resolve your issue, the event maybe over. From a shouting match between the back end team and the boy who came to fix the decoration, to finally the boy quitting his job on a phone call in front of me. I saw and heard it all. If you are looking for a seamless professional service please don’t choose them. But if you are looking for some poor quality TV drama they may just be the one.
