I ordered my bouquet the day before & got confirmation through email, message and whatsapp. I was curious to see if my order went through and I called the store and they were very nice and communicative and helped me to double check if my payment went through. The next day they sent me a message that they would deliver it within a stipulated time and they gave a fresh bouquet to me on time! The bouquet looked exactly like what I ordered. (based in Singapore)
