Very bad experience with Ferns & Petals that accepted my order on 24 July and on the date of delivery (31 July), F&P emailed in the morning and informed me that the peonies are out of season hence unable to deliver my bouquet on 31 July.
If F&P is already in the business since 1994, they should be experience the flowers season and they should have make the effort to remove the advertising on their website. And F&P should not have accepted my order. This obviously show that F&P being operating in oversea is lacking on the coordination process.
The joke is at 31 July 12:20pm, I still received an automated email reply that I'll be receiving my order soon.
Regret that I should have check their website before placing the order. Now I hope that F&P is not a scam company to "retain" my payment.
Do reconsider local florist for all future order online.
