Worst experience and after sales customer service ever. Flowers delivered same day look wilted on premise. Extremely embarrassed to stand next to the congratulatory stand at site. Didn’t intend to lodge my feedback until I received a survey link that expires in a day time. Received an email response to say all complaint must be lodged within 24 hours. Utterly disappointed with such service, never again.
