placed multiple orders with 3-4 items in each order. One item had problem after few months ( heartfelt spell mug with picture). picture started pealling off, so I opened ticket with FNP (Ticket #241012-04608086), which in response i was told "products issue should be reported in 48 hrs or deliver" well ur products are very cheap quality and pic on mug should not just peel off, shows its a bad quality.
