I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from FNP. I ordered a birthday surprise for my friend, which included a bouquet of flowers, a personalized message card, and a vase. However, the message card was missing and the vase was damaged upon delivery.
The fact that the message card was not included was a major oversight, as it was a crucial part of the surprise. The damaged vase was also a letdown, as it compromised the overall presentation of the bouquet.
I expect a certain level of service and attention to detail from a company like FNP, especially when it comes to special occasions like birthdays. Unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations in a big way.
Unless they seriously revamp their quality control and customer service, I would not recommend FNP to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there that can provide better service and value for your money.
