They delivered an arrangement totally different from the one I chose and insisted it was similar. On day of delivery flowers started to droop and wilt but they disclaimed responsibility. My flowers were for Mother’s Day. She was unhappy with the look of it and fnp only said sorry. Very poor after sales. Not buying from them any more!
