The cake was delivered damaged for Mother’s Day. My mum was very upset. And there was also no message card delivered.
There was also a coupon code emailed to me to get 15% discount but the code was invalid which was confirmed by the customer support team. This was flaked advertising. It’s a shame as I’m a repeat customer for a few years and the experience has been good. I definitely won’t order again.
