The delivery is terrible and customer service is worse. I placed an order for mother's day on sunday and after attempting to call my 80 year old mother at 7 am, they did not deliver the flowers. With that, the nightmare began. I called their customer service on Sunday and they assured that the delivery will be attempted again on sunday itself. Then I called on monday and again on tuesday, everytime they assured delivery will happen. I have emailed as well. Still nothing has happened. Do not use them. Ever.
