Terrible product quality and no compensation offered. I live in the UK and placed an order for my son and daughter in laws 1st wedding anniversary. The order was delivered on time but unknown to me, the flowers were already open and almost over when they arrived. Consequently, they only lasted 4 days - and for the price paid, this is way below expectations. I raised a complaint only to be told that this has to be placed within 24hrs of delivery. This is totally unreasonable: 1. My son is not going to tell me when the flowers arrive that they were poor quality when they were a gift. 2. I only found out that they had been thrown away a week later when I arrived in Singapore myself. The company flatly refuses it is at fault nor will it offer any form compensation. I will not be using them again and warn others to stay away too.
