Useless delivery service!!!! Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday which is today and in the morning my daughter was informed that the flowers would be delivered tomorrow because we had put the wrong PIN code ( which was false information ). I sent someone to a physical FNP outlet in Bandra to sort out the issue and their customer service rep Ravi called me and regretted their inability to send the flowers because their shop was shut! God knows what he meant by that. He said he would send the flowers tomorrow! How absurd is that, the birthday is today, why would I want to send the flowers the next day. I asked him to refund my payment immediately, which he did only because I threatened to send him a legal notice, something I am seriously contemplating. Shame on you FNP I suggest you close your business immediately. How disappointing not to have the flowers sent on my child’s birthday.
