⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with FNP Absolutely terrible experience with Ferns N Petals. • They delivered the wrong cake — completely different design and flavor from what I ordered. • The message on the cake was also wrong and completely inappropriate, ruining a heartfelt occasion. • After complaining, they admitted their mistake and promised a replacement, which never arrived. • No proper communication, and no follow-through. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend FNP to anyone expecting reliability or professionalism. A total letdown.
