First order arrive next day delivery as expected. I then ordered two more wine box’s to be delivered as presents. One to Manchester and one on London they took 5 days to Manchester and 6 days to London! The moment was lost. I emailed to check out the problem and the customer service team were pleasant. Both recipients said they really enjoyed the wine though. I would say that if you are sending a letterbox wine which is not inexpensive you need to get it on time! I suppose I’m saying I had a 50% success rate with the delivery. I was Tod Royal Mail are struggling with volume of traffic and Covid ! But I must say in these crazy times Athens other companies sending items by currier are performing very well and delivering on time. Maybe a switch of delivery company is needed ! I’m trying to be positive and I too enjoyed the wine. Merry Christmas and stay safe. X
