“It still hasn’t arrived. My “free delivery” turned into £3 to deliver to Scottish Highlands (Ballachulish is hardly remote), four working days so far and Evri have not delivered today because of a road closure for an accident just outside the village. I can forgive that last delay which is out of your control but I have to say, so far I’m not impressed…”

“The food got delivered to my next door neighbor, and was totally melted when i received it in the afternoon , cheese and meats were melted and squashy and sweaty so had to throw all fridge stuff away Maybe place the items in a chiller when the whether is so hot , especially if it is being delivered to the wrong address. Shame as I would have loved to try the items.”
