“The 'Cider and Cheese' box was great value. Lots of gifts on offer for all types of occasions and for various people. My parents were very happy with the contents. However, when the box arrived they had no idea who it was from. No written message inside. The courier EVRi informed me that the parcel had been delivered, so I had to share it was from me! I had chosen for them to receive an email (hours before delivery) on the day it arrived Sat 14.2.26. But no email arrived until today Tues 17.2.26. I have also just received a notification that the parcel was delivered.”

Hi Katy, Thanks for your feedback. It’s unusual that the email was delivered a couple of days after the order arrived. Everything appears to be working correctly on our end, so it may have been a temporary glitch on this occasion. “I ordered my box to be delivered next day.It should have been delivered on 14.02.2026.But it has not been delivered till now.Customer support told me that he done replacement. I dont know whats happening there but I will not prefer FodaBox again.Low service quality”
