“The 'Cider and Cheese' box was great value. Lots of gifts on offer for all types of occasions and for various people. My parents were very happy with the contents. However, when the box arrived they had no idea who it was from. No written message inside. The courier EVRi informed me that the parcel had been delivered, so I had to share it was from me! I had chosen for them to receive an email (hours before delivery) on the day it arrived Sat 14.2.26. But no email arrived until today Tues 17.2.26. I have also just received a notification that the parcel was delivered.”

Hi Katy, Thanks for your feedback. It’s unusual that the email was delivered a couple of days after the order arrived. Everything appears to be working correctly on our end, so it may have been a temporary glitch on this occasion. “I am leaving a 4 star because the delivery was made earlier than I requested during the purchase. Also, the note I asked to be written alongside the package wasn't delivered. Overall experience was still great. I'll come back”

“Wasn't so keen of website as i seemed to inadvertently place an order before I was ready and hadn't managed to set required date or leave message for recipients so was understandably frustrated and irritated by the experience. However I emailed my concern immediately and received a prompt response and the order was amended appropriately. As a result my gift was delivered on the correct date and my family were delighted with their gift, so I can only thank you very much!”

“I knew I wanted a particular meat hamper. Selecting the delivery date was not easy, but the rest of the website was fine. Never had fresh food delivered, and I was a bit nervous. No need to be. Food arrived chilled, well packed and exactly like I would choose in a supermarket, with long expiry dates. I would have preferred a knock to say the package was delivered rather than leaving it on the doorstep as it is food.”

“The range could be expanded on I think, and the prices are too high. Also an option to customise SOME existing boxes would be nice, for example if I’m ordering a box of craft beer I’d like the option to mix and match/choose, and the same with the food options. The website itself is generally good, it’s a bit clunky to browse on mobile but I’ve seen worse”

“Excellent overall experience and a good choice. However the parcel has still not been received by the recipient. The courier contacted me yesterday to say they would not be delivering the parcel due to a delay, even though I had been informed that morning, that it was out for delivery. I can't understand why this has happened as the courier had the parcel for at least 2 days. I am very disappointed as the surprise has now been completely spoiled.”
