Overall experience was a nightmare! I have sent a full review, but since I had yet another email requesting a review, thought "hey, I have spent so many ****** hours on trying to get my sons birthday gift delivered, what's another few minutes". After all, nobody there seemed too concerned about my gift being 5+ days late!!!

Terrible, absolutely awful. I am furious and upset. I have tried to do something nice and send my friend a care package as he has just lost his mother. I paid for express delivery over a week ago and I am still none the wiser if this has been delivered or not. I have had to message a grieving man to check his address because your website is awful and doesn't pre-populate. You also use Evri which is the worst courier service imaginable. I have messaged your customer care team to ask for the address to be checked and updated, this could not be done. I was told to message Evri, they have updated and reconfirmed the address however the driver still couldn't find the property and I received a notification to say the parcel has been taken back to yourselves. However a day later, I have received an email to say the parcel has now been delivered but I have not had any contact w my friend to say anything has been delivered. It feels as if the package has been delivered back yourselves which has prompted this email confirmation of a delivery. Or do Evri often return a parcel and then also try sending it again? This is an absolute joke and you have lost a customer for life.

The food got delivered to my next door neighbor, and was totally melted when i received it in the afternoon , cheese and meats were melted and squashy and sweaty so had to throw all fridge stuff away Maybe place the items in a chiller when the whether is so hot , especially if it is being delivered to the wrong address. Shame as I would have loved to try the items.

Cakes was delivered 2 weeks early. The other parcel was delivered but left no note where it had been left. Found it in dustbin full of fish tins so not a very good exterior first time order

Looks a great range - but avoid if you expect it delivered on time. Booked for Thursday delivery ready for Fathers Day. Evri said they couldn't deliver on that day and would be next working day. Actually turned up on the Saturday. No communication for Fodabox. Unable to get on their live chat despite waiting 30 minutes. Shocking.

Delivered gift 3 weeks earlier than the date specified ruining the surprise . As a result sent birthday message upon delivery telling person what the gift was before they’d opened it . Wouldn’t use this service again

Gift never received by recipient - no calling card left and the gift contained perishable goods. Have complained to company but no reply and not holding my breath!!!

Their supplier got the order wrong. They did nothing to help, just left it with Gin in aTin who promised to send correct product, never arrived. No response to repeated attempts to contact.

As your order was placed with one of our sellers Gin In a Tin your order would be shipped directly from them which is why we would need to wait for them to investigate and advise what happened here. You mention that they have offered to send a replacement. Unfortunately, we do not have visibility of this correspondence. Great if you want to your order to be delivered somewhere close to your address and then be asked to wander round your neighbourhood knocking on strangers doors if you actually want to receive your order.

Ordered an Italian platter . Left plenty of time for the delivery date . Platter did not arrive on time . Asked for a refund. Still waiting two weeks later for a £70 refund !!’
