Due to IT "platform" issues part of my order was very delayed. Quality products when you get them ... Personal preference, but the East London Liquor Company gin I ordered was not as good as their other gins I have tasted and loved ...

The box and produce was nice enough and as advertised but I didn’t get next day delivery and my personal message was absent, hence only 3 stars!

Love the variety of delicious and healthy products you sell, but I don't want to pay separate shipping costs for each seller. It ends up getting ridiculously expensive. Why can't your sellers ship their products together in a common box to save your customers having to pay separate shipping costs?

There was a good selection of boxes and I easily found something to send as a present. I was disappointed that the £5 introductory discount was not applied despite putting it in at the right time and it accepting the code. I sent an email to see why this had happened and never received a reply. It also said orders would be dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm. My order wasn’t shipped until 2 days later and I missed the birthday. Tracking is also pretty clunky. I would think twice before using again.

Loved all the option however you should note, if they don’t have something in stock they will send you whatever, with no relation to what they have subbed. I had a gin and tonic cheese subbed for a Jam Roly poly… would have been nice if they go in contact first to ask which sub we would like or if we wanted to wait for stock. Instead I got offered a £3 refund and quite poor customer service. Won’t be ordered from here again as no guarantee your going to get what you order and pay for

This was a gift for my nephew who said the snacks were delicious. Unfortunately the glass arrived broken but an apology and replacement were received within a few days of reporting it. Full marks for customer service.

All in all we were excited to use this service and ordered cheese to be delivered over New Year for a special birthday. Unfortunately the item did not arrive and was delivered 5 days late to a destination we were no longer staying at. On contacting the seller they responded immediately however I am now waiting on a third party to refund me whom I’ve still not heard from. All in all FodaBox have been responsive but still left having paid for a product I e not received nor had a refund for.

Delivery not as expected, took longer, and impossible to contact anyone when order goes wrong....left numerous messages by phone and several emails.... eventually had a reply.....but too late!!

Ordered the Curry/lager box on 13th Dec and paid £4.99 for quick delivery. Told would be here between 15-16th Dec. By 20th still not arrived. Left lots of Emails (all unanswered) finally got through to someone on the phone who said the 2 items I had paid extra for in box were out of stock. I said if they had told me I would have cancelled those 2 extra items. Finally got my goods on the 23rd Dec to late to give the person I had bought it for as won’t see now til after Christmas !!!! Good product but very poor customer service. Still not had reply to any of my emails

The item is obviously top quality, little to much herbs for my taste, but was high quality. The item was billed for next working day delivery for £7.95, it arrived 3 days late. The package it arrived in was so over top, large cardboard box with a closed cold box inside for a 400g sausage, it was disgraceful. Would I order again ? No….delivery charge and late arrival is not acceptable.

Bought as a present for my B-in-L. Content looks good. Packaging was not good, there was a big rip in the box I was supposed to gift it in and a big grease mark on the inside of the lid. Had to re-package it.

I'd rather that gifts arrived before rather than after Christmas, but our order did arrive earlier than planned and because you had to open up the box to get to the gift message, it meant that our gift was opened on the 17th of Dec (had asked for delivery on the 20th)!
