Hello, we were happy with the product but there was quite a significant delay with the delivery. The hampers were due to arrive in time for a Christmas party for only 9 people but by the date of the party only 1 person had received their hamper. We did submit our order 2 weeks before hand. I undestand these things happen especially during COVID but I would have appreciated if someone reached out to provide a status of the delivery, we did not receive any email about our specific delivery.

We ordered around 50 boxes for our employees for Christmas. The contents of the hampers themselves were well received however the deliver service used (Yodel) were very unreliable. 3 of the hampers arrived 5 days later so they weren't here for the specified date. There was no phone contact number so when contacting them for queries, communication has been lacking. No response for over a month regarding delayed/missing hampers and VAT receipts. We understand it's a busy and unprecedented time but even some basic communication is appreciated.

The platform offering is great, however I had issues with very delayed deliveries, and nothing was sent with messages per the order forms meaning that recipients didn't know who the boxes were from. In one instance, someone received a package with a completely different name/billing address to what was ordered. I understand that the demand before Christmas was huge, however if you can't cope with the orders, it would be best to state that personalisation and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

The product itself looks good quality, I believe the recipient was pleased. Unfortunately I ordered on 11th December for delivery by 23rd December and it wasn't delivered until 5th Jan! I did email as well as I had 2 tracking numbers sent to me and neither worked, but no response - but perhaps still closed for Xmas.

Bought four boxes same afternoon for Christmas presents as I'm over 80 and in lockdown in Scotland. Only 2 were delivered in time for Christmas, other two delivered on Tuesday and Wednesday after. Bit disappointed with that

Bought a few boxes of Christmas treats for my work team all ordered the same morning a week before Xmas. Everything then arrived at different times ... some before Christmas, another New Years Eve. Just spoilt the impact of the Xmas gesture. Understand un-precedented times but my order to the same team from NotOnTheHighStreet arrived within 24 hours of the order being placed a week before Xmas. Real shame.

The product I bought was great. Unfortunately it got broken in transit which meant a replacement had to be sent out, and the replacement didn't arrive in time for Christmas.

The actual box and its contents were great - I got the gin box and it was fantastic, great value for money and really well presented. However unfortunately I ordered for my Christmas party (ordered on the 7th December to be delivered on the 15th for the party on the 18th) and it didn't arrive until 22nd December. So I had to go out and buy something additional for the party, putting me out of pocket. There was also no communication from BoroughBox to say when it would arrive or that it was even delayed. A shame, as otherwise it would have been spot on!

This turned up on the 31st December. It was meant for a client for Christmas so getting it a week late kind of spoilt it. The product is very nice and it comes in a nice box so it’s quite hard to star it. If they could sort delivery out it would get 5 stars.

Ordered hamper on 10th December all Items arrived except one . Now 2nd jan no sign of missing item which whilst doesn’t bother me as it’s a bag of crisps I can’t see how even with xmas delays can take this long as now 2nd jan . Quality of items arrived was good but wouldn’t order again as felt overpriced . Had a work voucher to use this time .

Ordered on 10th December with ‘5-7 day delivery’ so we expecting delivery before Christmas. It didn’t arrive until 31st December. There was no Christmas pudding although the person we gave it to said additional items were included.

I was very keen to support a London business but unfortunately despite ordering the boxes on December 8th they were not delivered until after Christmas. one was delivered on 23rd and the other on 28th. I understand too well the challenges with Covid and lockdown but I think the communication and messaging could be massively improved as I had no real information about the deliveries and constant reminders they were overwhelmed. I haven't had feedback on the products yet - so this is based only on communication and fulfilment.

I bought a few things on the website mid Dec, one has arrived and was fine and the other still awaited. I didn't appreciate til checking out that all orders were from different suppliers so multiple delivery costs which put the price way up so had to adjust and order less. I'd consider using again but for bulk orders from one supplier rather than items from many.

I was pleased with ease of communication and the friendliness. My purchase was a present and the recipients were very pleased except that it lacked the sparkling beer which was what had attracted me to this particular box in the first place. Also I was told you would refund me £10 and there is no sign of it to date. I can't tick the boxes below as I haven't had the refund and this is the first time I've got back to you about it.

The friends we sent this to seemed happy with it but since it was. Christmas gift it was rather pointless that it arrived on 30th December! Very disappointing and wouldn’t order again
