“Love the actual item, however as a Christmas gift it arrived crushed into a bubble packet and when I cut it out (couldn't pull it out) the packaging was crushed and damaged which doesn't look good for a present.”

“First order arrive next day delivery as expected. I then ordered two more wine box’s to be delivered as presents. One to Manchester and one on London they took 5 days to Manchester and 6 days to London! The moment was lost. I emailed to check out the problem and the customer service team were pleasant. Both recipients said they really enjoyed the wine though. I would say that if you are sending a letterbox wine which is not inexpensive you need to get it on time! I suppose I’m saying I had a 50% success rate with the delivery. I was Tod Royal Mail are struggling with volume of traffic and Covid ! But I must say in these crazy times Athens other companies sending items by currier are performing very well and delivering on time. Maybe a switch of delivery company is needed ! I’m trying to be positive and I too enjoyed the wine. Merry Christmas and stay safe. X”

“This mean great idea and was received well however the booking process could be better and delivery didn't arrive on date specified which caused huge disappointment!”

“I was offered to pay an extra 15 euro to get my present shipped on the same day, and it was delivered the day after. If you can't comply with what you are offering, you shouldn't offer the option to your users to pay for that service.”

“Unfortunately my Arrack was not available from the supplier so I had to go without. However I was notified straightaway so I was able to order something else.”

“The product I bought was perfect but the courier that delivered let the company down, parcel was 3 days late, it was bought as a birthday gift and left very disappointed that it didn't arrive when it should have. Borough box customer service was excellent and offered a refund on delivery charge.”
