Although ordering 4 products from Foda Box previously Borough Box, I have to date only received 3 and await delivery soon of the other one, which is the tea gift and which the company said that they would send out again before Xmas due to a packing mistake (?). So only 3 stars as job not yet done properly and I received only 3 Foda Boxes.

Value for money was poor - 8 small items for nearly £70 and the majority just snacks that could have been bought much cheaper Arrived on time and well packaged but I'd be much more careful in buying vegan food online in future

Delivered fine. Wasn't noted on packaging that the contents were refrigerated, so it was left on the side all day, until I opened it that evening.

No doubt things will improve but I found the process to be laborious and I'm not sure that the FODA prefix is a good idea! Reminds me of cattle food!! All three items were, I felt, not up to standard and I am unlikely to buy them again.

Parcels that arrived were great and have been well-received. Unfortunately two parcels are stuck in transit and Fodabox hasn’t responded to my queries about them yet.

Delivery was slow - 9 business days in total (and order was pre Black Friday) No communication as to whether the goods had been dispatched or not. I wasn’t in a rush to receive them so it didn’t cause me any problems.

Good box but the delivery was quite late and there was no confirmation email so I rebooked thinking it hadn’t gone through. Recipient ended up with two boxes both about 5 days late. But she did love the box and contents. Fine other than communication and delivery.

Ordering process was straightforward apart from applying the discount. I registered for your newsletter and received a £5 discount off my order but didn't get a code. I rang your customer services and spoke to Stephanie who was very helpful and gave me a code. Unfortunately there wasn't anywhere on the screen to enter the code so I ended up paying full price. Fortunately, Stephanie had suggested I email her if I had any issues and she sorted me out a refund. So not the best journey, or use of my time but despite the initial tribulations the pies arrived on schedule and I am looking forward to eating them. And thanks to Stephanie's good customer relations I will use your site again

This was a gift and dispite the name of the recipient being on the order it was omitted on the delivery slip. As it was delivered to a busy big office caused a lot of confusion

*Update, order was delivered after a few days and emailing customer services. I can’t rate the contents as yet since it won’t be opened until 1st December. Difficult to review since it was meant to be delivered yesterday. There has been no confirmation of dispatch and as yet no response to my email

I’m afraid FodaBox did not make me happy but very disappointed instead! I received the gin advent calendar today arriving on the day I booked, so great there. I checked to see if was ok as the bottles were rattling around inside the black box inside the brown delivery box. It was all in one piece thank goodness but I was so disappointed with what I considered to be quite a crude looking advent calendar with compartments made of thin cardboard dividers. No style, elegance or finesse to the box at all for that is all it is, a black vaguely decorated looking box! This compared to a Prosecco advent calendar I bought which was absolutely beautifully boxed & indeed considerable less expensive also the Molton Brown advent calendar I bought, elegantly designed with beautiful drawers to pull out is stunning. For the cost of £124.99 for the Gin lovers Advent calendar I do think more thought with the designing & packaging for each bottle etc would had been more acceptable for the pricing. I’m sorry but very disappointed sadly.
