Wasn’t great, was meant to arrive for my daughter’s birthday on the Tuesday and didn’t arrive until the Friday! The charcuterie was lovely when it finally arrived, but I won’t be using you again. Spent a lot of time chasing the parcel and nothing was sent to my daughter as an apology!

The product was good. The service was disappointing: I paid extra for faster postage so that it would arrive in time to be given as a present. Unfortunately it didn't arrive on time, so two days after it was due, I contacted Fodabox as the money had been taken from my account but I also had not received a confirmation email. Fodabox found my order and said the supplier posting it was out of their control (so why promise a delivery date?). They gave me an order number but this didn't work in their tracking facility. The product did arrive two weeks late - thankfully as it was fudge it wasn't perishable.

Ordered a vegan Recovery Health Gift Box, but instead of the 'Spicy Bean Crush' pate advertised a non-vegan 'Duck Rillette' was sent instead

Despite paying for named day delivery, the item was not dispatched until the day it was due to be delivered. Yodel pulled out all of the stops to get the parcel to me when I contacted them but Fodabox we’re very little help aside from refunding the delivery charge. The gift was almost made pointless and if Yodel hadn’t have outdone themselves, would have had to have been returned as too late!

I was given a voucher off Boroughbox which I thought was a lovely gift at first! It turned out I had to pay delivery charges on each item,which with having very little money made it difficult for me,then each item was shipped separately! Which meant having to arrange to be home or for somebody to take delivery. One of the items (black truffle crisps) I couldn’t even track as tracking number would not work & another item (French Dressing) after being told it was in stock when I placed the order,was then not available so I was given an alternate. So what was supposed to be a lovely gift turned out stressful & expensive!

Went through the entire process of ordering and paying, only to receive an email the following day to say they couldn’t deliver to Northern Ireland. We are still in the UK!!! Very disappointing 😢

The items in the pack were very small serve except the cheese was little bit bigger. Not worth the money. Plus the delivery was very much behind the promised date. Will not use your site again!

The box itself was fine, if somewhat less than what I had expected. The greater challenge was that I selected FodaBox over a number of competitors based on the website's promise that it would get the basket I selected to the recipient within 24-72 hours. However, the basket took 5 days to arrive. And when I emailed them on day four to point out my frustration and inquire how they intended to fix it, I received a canned reponse saying they are currently overwhelmed by communications and would eventually get to my concerns. Although the box did eventually arrive, I'm still waiting to hear back from the company.

The products are lovely but I was really disappointed by the customer service. I paid extra for delivery on a specific day, the day came and went. I emailed FodaBox and didn't hear back for several days. By then I had managed to make contact on Twitter, apparently there had been supply delays but no one had told me. They redirected the parcel straight to the recipient as I was no longer at the original address. It arrived there but several days late. Delays happen but lack of communication or response is not acceptable, it's a shame but I won't use them again.

not happy with my order goods arrived 3 days before xmas and to discover the sale by date was 4/1/22 for saucisson? incredible. following my email to the suppliers they called me and they did replace the goods but the sale by date was still 6/1/22 this cannot be righ. so no not happy at all. it is a lesson when buying foodstuffs on the internet

The box was delivered late and there was a beer missing, only 7 out of what was meant to be 8 beers. The product is overall a good one and it came packaged very well but disappointed by the missing beer and lateness of it.
