The product was good. The service was disappointing: I paid extra for faster postage so that it would arrive in time to be given as a present. Unfortunately it didn't arrive on time, so two days after it was due, I contacted Fodabox as the money had been taken from my account but I also had not received a confirmation email. Fodabox found my order and said the supplier posting it was out of their control (so why promise a delivery date?). They gave me an order number but this didn't work in their tracking facility. The product did arrive two weeks late - thankfully as it was fudge it wasn't perishable.
