The products are lovely but I was really disappointed by the customer service. I paid extra for delivery on a specific day, the day came and went. I emailed FodaBox and didn't hear back for several days. By then I had managed to make contact on Twitter, apparently there had been supply delays but no one had told me. They redirected the parcel straight to the recipient as I was no longer at the original address. It arrived there but several days late. Delays happen but lack of communication or response is not acceptable, it's a shame but I won't use them again.
