Easy to order and good communication. Sadly still not received my candy canes for my kids due to overwhelming demand in these difficult times.

A bit disappointed with the delivery times. Ordered on the 8th December to make sure I had the gift hampers prior to Christmas. They arrived on the 30th December. You said anything ordered after the 13th December would not be guaranteed a Christmas delivery but I ordered on the 8th. Sent numerous emails but no response. If you can't handle the amount of orders then you really shouldn't be taking them. 3 family members without Christmas presents.

Bought presents for 2 recipients for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Borough box sent a dispatch notification and tracking no. on 14th dec. Courier didn’t received goods till the 30th December. No response to query sent to borough box on where parcel was during the limbo stage. Recipients seemed happy with goods but, I don’t think goods were so exceptional that it was worth the broken promise of Xmas delivery and lack of customer service. Unfortunately Borough Box seemed to allow themselves to be overwhelmed with orders and the customer experience suffered greatly on this occasion.

Delivery was several days late and I had to chance the company up. Turns out the supplier couldn’t supply some of my items. So replacement items were sent without asking if they were suitable substitutes. Probably won’t use Borough Box again.

Sadly the late delivery of this package meant I couldn’t give it as a gift as intended- so it’s pointless and a waste of money. On the website there was a caveat that orders would be delayed by 7 days. I ordered knowing that if it was then dispatched after this delay I would still have a week to give the item as an intended gift, I presumed this would be plenty of time! Disappointed as I still had not received the hamper even after allowing for a delay longer than specified - I sent an email chasing where the item was and never received a reply. It eventually turned up a week and a half later, by which point I’d had to scrabble together another gift. I now get an email requesting a review so presume this is instead of answering my original email. It would have been a great gift, if they’d delivered it when they said they would. If I’d read the trip advisor reviews prior to ordering I would have avoided all the stress incurred. Will I chance buying from them again. No as I can’t guarantee it will be with me in time.

Prompt arrival. No hassle. A little underwhelmed by SOME of the tasters. Some were examples of trying to be too clever ( cheddar cheese with a very strong truffle taste cheese snack). Opening the 1st December to gherkins wasn't the start I was expecting. It was a nice idea but I probably won't do this box again.

Product itself was fine it was just sent to me instead of the delivery address. The label was a mash up of the two. But, not surprising - every company and delivery firm has been overwhelmed so mistakes were bound to happen.

The contents of the advent box are undoubtedly good quality and we have enjoyed what we have tried so far; however, it is vastly overpriced compared to to what you would pay individually for the items. I’m all for supporting local/British, but it is not worth £70. I would easily pay £50, and if this was the price I would buy again no problem at all and would rate this 5/5.

The things I ordered have all arrived & the recipients are very pleased with them. I found it very stressful that I wasn’t informed when the parcels were going to be delivered & by whom but I think they were all delivered by Yodel & they kept me informed once they had got the parcel. I was unable when ordering to send to 3 different recipients & that meant I had to get in touch with you & that felt very detached

The product was good, but unfortunately I was unable to get hold of anyone by phone and had no response to my emails. The delivery service said 3-5 working days and some of my orders arrived on the 8th day with some people still waiting for them to arrive today (the 9th day). I placed 22 orders in total and didn't receive a confirmation email for any of them, so was unable to tract the orders.

We have received a borough box hamper as a present and were very impressed - so impressed that we then made an order to send one as a gift. Unfortunately, having ordered on 7th December, this appears to have been lost in transit, between being shipped by BoroughBox and accepted by the courier. Appreciate that these things happen, especially given delays in supply chain eith lockdowns, and overwhelmed delivery networks - however, this is obviously frustrating, and having sent numerous emails, been advised that emails will be answered within 10 days. I am now awaiting a refund, with no present delivered. Unfortunate circumstances as I believe the quality of the product is very good, but demand has obviously caused the service to be overwhelmed.

Product was excellent and sent promptly to the recipient. However, the message that was attached with my name and details was not enclosed. After many days of calling around the sender contacted me and asked if I knew who it could be from. I was disappointed that they had to find out this way and the surprise element was diminished. Never mind, I could not do anything about this. Though I did contact customer services about this about 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything since.

Products are very over-priced. Delivery was a complete shambles with a complete failure to deliver my order. After chasing they did work hard to rectify and source a replacement. Customer service after complaining gets them an additional two stars, but very disappointed otherwise.

I think the picture of the product was misleading and also made me think i was getting more for my money than i did. Also postage took forever. It arrived a day too late so my niece's housemate posted it first class to her and it got there next day so what happened there? The idea is good but not sure expectations are being managed well.

Good selection of products but was let down by the delivery. It arrived late, missing a crucial family event even though I ordered it a week in advance. I enquired in the run up to the date that it would still arrive and someone responded to confirm it would. After it didn't I sent several emails but never heard back. It arrived 3 days late.

I shopped on line for this gift for my son and his partner. The shopping experience was good and the website was very user friendly. Although I cannot comment on the content. I know that the parcel arrived in excellent condition and it ready to be opened on the big day. Thank you for a good shopping experience.

My order hasnt been shipped after 11 days of ordering. Estimated delivery time should have been mentioned during ordering, otherwise i wouldnt order. Customer service team nicely responded my query and checked the status however since it s in logistics company, they couldnt do anything.

Unfortunately our delivery from BoroughBox was 4 days late. And since it was a birthday gift, that was disappointing. I imagine this was due to the delivery company rather than Borough Box themselves, but something they need to take action on. I understand from the recipient that he was very happy with the box itself when it arrived.
