We ordered around 50 boxes for our employees for Christmas. The contents of the hampers themselves were well received however the deliver service used (Yodel) were very unreliable. 3 of the hampers arrived 5 days later so they weren't here for the specified date. There was no phone contact number so when contacting them for queries, communication has been lacking. No response for over a month regarding delayed/missing hampers and VAT receipts. We understand it's a busy and unprecedented time but even some basic communication is appreciated.
