The platform offering is great, however I had issues with very delayed deliveries, and nothing was sent with messages per the order forms meaning that recipients didn't know who the boxes were from. In one instance, someone received a package with a completely different name/billing address to what was ordered.
I understand that the demand before Christmas was huge, however if you can't cope with the orders, it would be best to state that personalisation and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
