I ordered two craft beer gift boxes for colleagues. I paid extra to have both parcels arrive at their respective addresses the next day. The first one arrived 5 days later and the second one is now approx 10 days late (still not received).

I received a lovely present from my team ahead of mat leave but sadly it didn'tt arrive in time for my last day in the office so I was unable to open it with them which is shame and they had to post it to me instead

I ordered a box for a friend as a gift for starting their new job. The website stated it would arrive in time. 11 days later, the item finally arrived. Very disappointing service.

I spotted a gift for my son but when i went back to find it i couldnt find it again. I did im the end but it arrived 3 days late even though I put in a certain date. My son didn't get his birthday gift in time and I was very upset and their customer service was totally unhelpful. I will not be buying from them again and agree with all the other bad reviews!

Ordered in November for a Christmas present, recipient informed me that an item in the box had a best before date of November. Whilst I understand there is a disclaimer which states occasionally some products may change, the gift set did not include any of the cracklings advertised in the gift set. They also received some items duplicated rather than a selection of different items. There was also alternative beers included. could understand if only one or two items were swapped, however with the amount changed and the replacements not being that which should be included ‘cracklings’ it is false advertisement. I emailed customer services who have also ignored my email, so I am not impressed and would not recommend ordering sets from this company

when purchased, delivery dates were within a day or two. there were 5 days before the office being closed for christmas. they didn't show up in time, so they sat until after new year. i ordered here for the speed of delivery and that didn't happen. and the company didn't answer any emails trying to chase up the orders.

Despite giving them my full address, the parcel was delivered elsewhere to the wrong address. The wrong address realised it was not theirs and left it outside of the gate. The rain soaked the box and its contents were ruined. I complained to the company, they said apologies but did not offer compensation.

Wish I could give a good review, but the person I ordered the Christmas gift for is still waiting on the gift. I was very disappointed in this service. I purchased as a gift on the 22nd and they have not received. I was told the gift would be delivered after the 4th once I inquired. Had I not reached out I would never have received and they would have kept the money. No one even knew there was an order even though I have receipt of the order. Not really a positive experience when this was supposed to be a Christmas gift that has come and gone. I was looking for a reputable hamper place that I could order from on a more regular basis, but sadly, this is not the place. I would suggest you choose your vendors more carefully. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. Disappointing experience all the way around.

Paid for next day delivery (I ordered on the 21st) but because of Christmas it came weeks late. Made unclear there was no more shipping because of Christmas but still allowed me to pay next day delivery.

I ordered the ‘Dad hamper’ and picked a delivery date of 20th-22nd & then on the 23rd I received an email saying it has been dispatched and may take 5-7 days. It was only attempted to be delivered today. Not good service for somewhere which supplies Christmas gifts.

The image said 12 misleading as I placed the order not only did I receive just 6 but they were all the same flavour. Misleading and very disappointed this was a gift for my son . Also when I received it the courier did not read the message on the door and I also answered the ring ( he couldn’t hear me ) so it was returned to the post office for collection next day ( very annoying).
