Still haven’t got my order. Emailed twice. Terrible terrible service and completely ruined the birthday present I had ordered.

when purchased, delivery dates were within a day or two. there were 5 days before the office being closed for christmas. they didn't show up in time, so they sat until after new year. i ordered here for the speed of delivery and that didn't happen. and the company didn't answer any emails trying to chase up the orders.

Despite giving them my full address, the parcel was delivered elsewhere to the wrong address. The wrong address realised it was not theirs and left it outside of the gate. The rain soaked the box and its contents were ruined. I complained to the company, they said apologies but did not offer compensation.

Wish I could give a good review, but the person I ordered the Christmas gift for is still waiting on the gift. I was very disappointed in this service. I purchased as a gift on the 22nd and they have not received. I was told the gift would be delivered after the 4th once I inquired. Had I not reached out I would never have received and they would have kept the money. No one even knew there was an order even though I have receipt of the order. Not really a positive experience when this was supposed to be a Christmas gift that has come and gone. I was looking for a reputable hamper place that I could order from on a more regular basis, but sadly, this is not the place. I would suggest you choose your vendors more carefully. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. Disappointing experience all the way around.

Paid for next day delivery (I ordered on the 21st) but because of Christmas it came weeks late. Made unclear there was no more shipping because of Christmas but still allowed me to pay next day delivery.

I ordered the ‘Dad hamper’ and picked a delivery date of 20th-22nd & then on the 23rd I received an email saying it has been dispatched and may take 5-7 days. It was only attempted to be delivered today. Not good service for somewhere which supplies Christmas gifts.

The image said 12 misleading as I placed the order not only did I receive just 6 but they were all the same flavour. Misleading and very disappointed this was a gift for my son . Also when I received it the courier did not read the message on the door and I also answered the ring ( he couldn’t hear me ) so it was returned to the post office for collection next day ( very annoying).

Bought a hamper as a Christmas gift and was very unhappy with the fact that almost half the food section had been substituted, with the better and more artisan items removed . I would not have bought what I received. Emailed on the 14th and two days later no reply so I called on the 16th. A lovely lady apologised and said a new delivery would be sent out the next day but would take a couple of days to arrive - with with contents as advertised. This has never arrived and I will NEVER buy from your site again . You even seemed to remove a contact number from the site before Christmas.!

Never got my order but messaged them got a quick response but messaged again on December 23rd now the 29th and still no response. I know its over Christmas but most places only close for a couple of days .so can't comment on what I ordered.

Why do I have to give a minimum of 1 star? It is now 29th December and the orders we placed on 16th December for delivery 20th-22nd December are still to be delivered. These were Cheese Tasters for Christmas dinner. One order is supposed to be out for delivery today only the recipients are no longer at home and one seems lost according to YODEL as they say you still have it and you say you. Never mind I am sure we will get a full refund

Absolutely atrocious! Placed an order the week before Christmas for delivery to be on Dec 22nd. Received a delivery update on Dec 23rd that my box is being shipped. However, when I enter the tracking info it says the logistics team have not received the parcel from the supplier. First and last time using this service! Despite sending an email, there has been no follow up. Absolutely shocking!

STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY HAVING ORDERED ON 18/12 and being told it would arrive within 2/3 working days, my mother in law did not get her Xmas present. Very disappointed! Emailed to complain and still no response.
