Bought a hamper as a Christmas gift and was very unhappy with the fact that almost half the food section had been substituted, with the better and more artisan items removed . I would not have bought what I received. Emailed on the 14th and two days later no reply so I called on the 16th. A lovely lady apologised and said a new delivery would be sent out the next day but would take a couple of days to arrive - with with contents as advertised. This has never arrived and I will NEVER buy from your site again . You even seemed to remove a contact number from the site before Christmas.!

This is the worst business ever. No communication, no one to contact and nothing to show for my order. You should close immediately. Even this review is stupid! I cannot review something I didn’t receive. Morons

Never got my order but messaged them got a quick response but messaged again on December 23rd now the 29th and still no response. I know its over Christmas but most places only close for a couple of days .so can't comment on what I ordered.

Why do I have to give a minimum of 1 star? It is now 29th December and the orders we placed on 16th December for delivery 20th-22nd December are still to be delivered. These were Cheese Tasters for Christmas dinner. One order is supposed to be out for delivery today only the recipients are no longer at home and one seems lost according to YODEL as they say you still have it and you say you. Never mind I am sure we will get a full refund

Absolutely atrocious! Placed an order the week before Christmas for delivery to be on Dec 22nd. Received a delivery update on Dec 23rd that my box is being shipped. However, when I enter the tracking info it says the logistics team have not received the parcel from the supplier. First and last time using this service! Despite sending an email, there has been no follow up. Absolutely shocking!

STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY HAVING ORDERED ON 18/12 and being told it would arrive within 2/3 working days, my mother in law did not get her Xmas present. Very disappointed! Emailed to complain and still no response.

Ordered in time for guaranteed Xmas delivery. Chased up when hadn’t arrived on stated delivery date. Got an email late afternoon 23 Dec saying would not be dispatched until 29 Dec. So had no gifts to give on Xmas day. Still not confident I will receive the order and I will then have to make x 2 hour long journeys to deliver to recipients of my gifts. Rubbish service left me really fed up and embarrassed.

This service is a disgrace! I placed an order for a vegetarian man box in time for Xmas delivery, paid in full even paying for express delivery...the projected delivery date came and went and having sent several emails chasing over a period of three days, I was promised dispatch within 24hrs...12 days later to date, I still haven't received my order. What a joke!

I am unable to comment on the contents of my box as I placed my order a while back with Express delivery for a friend for Christmas but I still haven't received the order.

My order was due to arrive 22/12/21 and it hasn't yet arrived. My tracking page says it is still with the sender.

So far I cannot tell you because the guaranteed Christmas delivery hasn’t taken place, and the emails I have sent to the support team chasing it up have gone unanswered. So your automatic email prompting me to write a review is ill timed as the hamper I ordered is still to be delivered.

I put an order in on dec 13th .e mailed to cancel order next day the email was received by you and you still sent the order a week later I paid £3 99 postage and was not prepared to pay to send it back Your customer service is non- existant

I haven’t received the box yet - but I do know I ordered the box in time for Christmas delivery and it has not been delivered yet and it’s Boxing Day!!
