Absolutely atrocious! Placed an order the week before Christmas for delivery to be on Dec 22nd. Received a delivery update on Dec 23rd that my box is being shipped. However, when I enter the tracking info it says the logistics team have not received the parcel from the supplier.
First and last time using this service! Despite sending an email, there has been no follow up. Absolutely shocking!
