My order was meant to arrive on 23rd December as a present for my dad. I haven’t received anything or any communication as to why there is a delay. I would like someone to contact me regarding this as now I do not have a present for Christmas. Very poor service and would not recommend due to lack of communication.

Order 1000337181 I ordered a pub quiz box and 5 beer for one boxes. I ordered on 11th Dec with delivery estimated at 13/14 Dec. I received part of the order, the pub quiz box, on 21st. I contacted fodabox by email and was promised delivery of the missing parts of the order by 23rd. I am still waiting. I don’t suppose they will arrive for Christmas.

Very disappointing experience, though appreciate the issue may have been more to do with the World of Zing rather than FodaBox. Placed an order for a Xmas present and was advised it’d be delivered 16-18 Dec. By 21 it hadn’t arrived so I chased it up to be told it hadn’t been dispatched. Fully understand these issues happen, but despite my request to post it out on next day delivery, there was no willingness to do anything at all to get it to me before Xmas day. I was just told next day deliveries aren’t reliable and the earliest they could get it to me would be January. Had to go elsewhere and accept a refund.

So far I have only received part of my order and I have not had my enquiries responded to and am concerned I am not going to receive the full order I made

I paid to have a £100 box delivered on the 23rd to my daughter which Fodabox totally ignored and delivered a week early

Bough two gin glasses, but unfortunately, the Gin glass had a bubble in it. Turns out my order was with Vermacity via the Fodabox marketplace, but only Fodabox have responded and not Vermacity. Im two days away from Christmas and stuck with a faulty Gin glass and no response from the seller. Will never use Fodabox again.

Very poor - I ordered 3 Christmas hampers for 3 work colleagues which was a disaster. 1 hamper didn’t arrive and another had the gift message for the colleague who didn’t receive hers (even though Yodel said it had been delivered ) Also no way of speaking to anyone just an email address but no response as of yet. I really wish I had stuck to vendors who can be trusted as I am now left looking silly and embarrassed as if it was my fault. At the same time I also sent a similar hamper to my niece and not yet sure if she has received it. I would not recommend and encourage you to stick to well known vendors.

I expected a presentation box but got a plain box. I paid £38 and when I added up the items it was £25 worth. So I was not pleased and feel I have been mugged off. I will not buy from you again or recommend you.

I can't review the product because 10 days after ordering it still has not been delivered and support have been useless. I can review the delivery service by Yodel and it's rubbish. Why anyone uses Yodel I'll never know but the fact is my delivery is local but I can't collect it, the courier company can't find me despite me providing a business address on a trading estate, we've been here nearly 10 years and Yodel have been here hundreds of times in the 10 years. It's now 6 hrs after my last email to Foda Box support and still no response, given tomorrow is the last possible day to resolve this or put a resolution together to resolve it before Christmas I'm shocked that this company isn't doing more.

We placed an order on 25/11/2021, with the requested delivery date 01/12/2021. Order still not despatched and no updates at all. Very disappointed.

I only purchased this item because I was able to choose a delivery date (9th December) because I needed it on the 11th. I had to chase up where the order was and it was obvious it hadn't been sent yet as I received an email a short while after I sent my chase up email. To make it worse they blamed the bad weather and Yodel for the delay. Not a fan of Yodel but was disappointed they got the blame especially as Royal Mail actually delivered the parcel. Why offer a delivery date if you're not going meet it! For failing to meet the delivery date and blaming Yodel I will never use or recommend Fodabox again. Having also looked at the purchase I think it was really overpriced

Parcel allegedly delivered by DPD and left on door step in open porch facing the main road. No one rang the bell or knocked the door. There were people in all day. Presumably the parcel was stolen. On your email there was no way to contact you. I won’t be using your services again and will will discourage business partners, friends and family from doing so.

Ordered an intern on 06/12/2021 to be delivered, at the latest, on the 09/12/2021. It is now Saturday 18/12/2021 and the item has still NOT arrived. The company were contacted on Saturday 11/12/2021 and I was told that the item was ready and would be sent on Monday. My last email in regards to the lack of a delivery has, at the time of writing, not been replied to.

Ordered for Christmas and was told item was ready for dispatch on 9th December, it still has not been received at courier on 18th December and I have not had a response from fodabox.

First order, the box came smashed up and the contents inside have been squashed and broken. I wrote an email to customer services and they never replied
